Howden House

We were approached by designer, Tracey Hayes to manufacture tiles for a commission she had been awarded, part of a regeneration plan for the centre of Sheffield. Howden House houses the council offices.
Tracey had her own vision and ideas of using a simple leaf design glazed in different glaze shades of blue and green to create a gradient color effect.

Approximately 4000 Plain and embossed tiles were used to create the design in 10 different glazes. The designer used her own artwork and modeled the leaf design herself, from which we took a production mould from
